Holistic Core Restore® Release Workshops

Holistic Core Restore® ‘Release’ is an ESSENTIAL part of any woman’s self-care toolbox.  Simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.   We also include relaxation for the mind discussing strategies that can help with tension and anxiety, ending with a wonderful guided meditation. 

These workshops offer the ultimate in self care and relaxation. 

45 minutes of gentle mobilisations, soothing self massage, blissful breathing techniques and ending with a lie down and a guided meditation, all designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

Now available for private groups, 1-1 and 2-1 as well as scheduled workshops.
