Types of data we collect and how we use it
Personal Data – This refers to any data capable of identifying an individual.
In order to access the services offered by Lottie’s Lifestyle and Fitness you are asked to provide both basic and sensitive data. You will be asked to provide
- Identity data – e.g. your name, title, date of birth, gender, next of kin details
- Contact data – e.g. your address, email address and telephone number
- Financial data – e.g. your bank account or payment card details
- Transaction data – details of payments made and details of purchases
- Marketing and communications data – this may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and third parties and your communication preferences
Sensitive Data – This information is used in order to ensure you are medically safe to use the services provided by Lottie’s Lifestyle and Fitness and that any services we provide are tailored to your needs.

- If necessary (your are pregnant or postpartum) you will be asked to complete a more detailed medical questionnaire regarding your pregnancy/postpartum period
- This may ask for your babies date of birth

- and further questions relevant to suitability of exercise
We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data and so you are asked to confirm this before submitting your data.
How we collect your personal data
We collect data via a number of different methods.
If you make an enquiry via the contact form on the website, social media or via email you will be providing details such as your name, contact number and email address. We will only use these to respond to your query or send you relevant information about the services you have demonstrated an interest in.
If you make a purchase via the website you will be providing your name, address and contact details to Lottie’s Lifestyle and Fitness. This will be used to provide you with the goods you have purchased and inform you of the progress of your order.
When you complete the screening you may see an opt in option to receive marketing communication from us by email. This would be to inform you of new services, events or information that we think may be of interest to you. You are able to opt out of this marketing at any time by emailing email@example.com
Links to other websites
When you sign up to the Strong Mama/Strong Family or Personal Training services you will be directed to complete a form on the host website Jotform. As the data you submit it both personal and sensitive it is encrypted. Only Lottie’s Lifestyle and Fitness has the key to this data and therefore it is not accessible by Jotform. All your data is stored on servers within the EU.
Use of other websites and social media
Any information you provide to use will only be used by us. However your information may be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted to by law.
If we deem it in your interests to refer you to another medical professional then we would discuss this with you before passing on any data, or discussing your data in a professional capacity with a suitably qualified individual.
We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we hold. We hold your personal data for no longer than is reasonably necessary.
