Personal Training sessions are available on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.

The focus and content of the sessions are tailored to individual needs based on mutually agreed goals established during an initial consultation.

Sessions are booked in blocks of 6/12 sessions and cost £45 each

Charlotte has really helped me feel so much more confident and I’m definitely feeling stronger than I did before. By taking onboard Charlotte’s advice and completing the personal training sessions is getting me ready to put on my wedding dress in July and I can’t thank her enough!
