Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Whilst it is undoubtedly an exciting time pregnancy can leave you feeling daunted as your body evolves, you are unsure of what exercise is suitable and how best to prepare for birth. You may be experiencing pregnancy niggles such as ‘back ache, restless legs, constipation, swelling, anxiety’.
Lottie will help you to understand these changes, how they affect the functioning of your core and pelvic floor, including alterations to breathing, posture and movement patterns. She will guide you through a safe and effective pregnancy exercise programme. You will work in partnership with Lottie to minimise the impact of these changes, prepare your body to be ‘fit for birth and beyond’.
Lottie also helps you to prepare for birth by educating you with information regarding birth and postnatal period, exploring the choices, options and rights you have. She will work with you to ensure that you feel empowered in making your own decisions regarding birth and parenting based on the choices you hold.
As a bonus you will also be guided through the early postnatal period, how to promote recovery and factors surrounding how and when to return to exercise safely after birth. Lottie will support you in creating a ‘Strong Mama®’ from the inside out!
If you are interested in one of the packages, then please complete the screening and Lottie will be in contact to discuss this with you.

I would highly recommend Lottie’s strong mama 2be fitness course. She is very knowledgeable in antenatal fitness and supports and guides you each week through your pregnancy, not only physically but mentally as well.
Looking forward to joining her postnatal classes in the near future.
I started Strong Mama when i was around 28 weeks pregnant. Prior to my pregnancy i was a very active person and enjoyed exercise but found it hard to find pregnancy friendly exercise classes in my local area.
Strong Mama really helped fill that void by providing me with appropriate exercise for my pregnancy and gave me piece of mind. I also enjoyed the variety of classses we did with something new happening each week to keep it interesting. I also met some lovely people who i am still in touch with now.
I had my last session with Charlotte today only because I’m a few weeks away from my due date and am starting to feel worn out. I found my pre-natal sessions with Charlotte extremely beneficial both from a physical and well-being perspective.
I first heard about Charlotte from my hypnobirthing specialist. Unfortunately for me this was during my third trimester. Had I known about Charlotte sooner I would have signed up a lot earlier! Anyway, I contacted Charlotte immediately as my main concern was that I had not been exercising my pelvic floor correctly. Charlotte assured me that it wasn’t too late to work on this and so I booked her up. Not only have I now mastered this in the four sessions I had but I have also acquired a wealth of knowledge on many pregnancy-friendly exercises, routines and diet to take forward at my own pace so as to promote the best wellbeing for me and delivery of my baby.
Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable and will listen and respond to any questions you have. Very friendly and approachable!! I will certainly be signing up for Charlotte’s post-natal six week ‘Strong Mama Fit’ course when the time is right . Thank you Charlotte! X
I started one to one sessions with Charlotte at 19 weeks pregnant. I was recovering from a long and horrible bout of morning sickness combined with hayfever, which left me feeling swollen, unfit and feeling generally horrible. I wanted someone to offer practical and sensible advice on building up my strength again. I’d had a recommendation that Charlotte was the best person to see.
Charlotte has given me an excellent personal programme covering stretches, (which are lovely to ease those aches and pains), core exercises (sensible, useful ones that actually work and strengthen your pelvic floor), a personal eating plan and well being advice. I feel much better and have the skills and confidence I need to carry on getting stronger, in a healthy and sustainable way throughout my pregnancy.
She has an amazing knowledge of pregnancy, women’s health and fitness in general. She was also excellent with my 2 year old too, especially when she wanted to join in or just generally cause mayhem during sessions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any mums or mums to be interested in building or maintaining their health and fitness during or after pregnancy.
I did the strong mama prenatal course and found it really useful. I was worried it might be too much but it’s really gentle stretching and stretches you’d never think of doing to help the pelvic floor and all those aches and pains that pregnancy brings! Charlotte was very knowledgeable and really friendly and the class was small so it was easy to ask questions. Thanks Charlotte!
