Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture are a standard part of the pregnancy to postnatal life phase and indeed the life of any woman and any women simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and pains when there are simple, time effective, self-care solutions available to everyone. Release 4 Week course
January 2020, join me for a 4 week Release programme where we will ‘go deeper’ in terms of stress management strategies and sleep as well as the delicious physical release elements.
A huge part of womens’ wellness is stress management, altering the way the body responds to stress allowing it to function optimally.
Committing to 4 x 60 minutes sessions will help you to get into the habit of prioritising self care and wellbeing.

Join me for 90 minutes of ‘downtime’ designed to release those aches, pains and get you moving more freely.
During the session we will cover breathing, gentle mobilisation, releases, self massage and a relaxing meditation.
£25 that includes ‘take home’ strategies, top tips for relaxation and a goody bag for relaxation. Spaces strictly limited to 5.
