Introducing M Power a bespoke 6 month programme, designed to meet you where you are now and leave you feeling energised, empowered and with an action plan for a healthy happy future.
This programme is for you if:

- You are peri/post menopausal
- You know you have ‘work to do’ and changes to make to attain a healthier lifestyle but don’t know where to start
- You want a 360 programme that encompasses consideration of lifestyle, nutrition, daily stressors, sleep, hormones, as well as movement
- You want movement prescription that isn’t just about getting sweaty or losing weight but that is tailored towards heart, bone, pelvic and brain health too
- You want to deal with those pesky midlife niggles… energy slumps, night sweats, asking concentration, brain fog, central weight gain, low mood, anxiety, mood swings
- You want some to track your progress and keep you accountable along the way
- You want an online movement library to help you with your homework
As you transition through the peri-postmenopausal period you are embarking on a time of life when looking after your health and wellbeing becomes a non negotiable. Exercise and daily movement helps to reduce the risk of cognitive diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, reduce the impact of stress, promote mental health and wellbeing to name a few benefits, as well as helping to keep you mobile. This is then key to maintaining health and independence in later life too.

This is a 6 month programme, based on term time working patterns. The price of the package is £200 per month.
You can upgrade the package to include
- 1 x Power Hour group session per week, £50 per month extra
- 3 x massages, £20 per month extra
