Join me for the Release programme where we will ‘go deeper’, offering the ultimate programme of relaxation for body and mind. Including stress management strategies , breathing techniques and sleep as well as the delicious physical release elements.
A huge part of womens’ wellness is stress management, altering the way the body responds to stress allowing it to function optimally.
Committing to 4 x 45 minutes sessions will help you to get into the habit of prioritising self care and wellbeing.
The 4 week programme will consist of fortnightly sessions, running over January and February and costing £44.
Sessions will be held on Monday January 11th, 25th , February 8th and 22nd at 7.30pm.
