Join me for the Release programme where we will ‘go deeper’, offering the ultimate programme of relaxation for body and mind. Including stress management strategies , breathing techniques and sleep as well as the delicious physical release elements.
A huge part of womens’ wellness is stress management, altering the way the body responds to stress allowing it to function optimally.
Committing to 4 x 45 minutes sessions will help you to get into the habit of prioritising self care and wellbeing.
The 4 week programme will consist of 4 pre recorded sessions that will be released fortnightly on the following dates during January and February. You will receive access to a members area where you will be able to access the current session at any point, and as often as you wish during the fortnight before it is replaced with the next session. The ultimate flexibility for you to access as and when you need.
Sessions will be released on Monday January 11th, 25th , February 8th and 22nd, you will have access to each session for a fortnight.
