Holistic Core Restore® Release

Join me for the Release programme where we will ‘go deeper’, offering the ultimate programme of relaxation for body and mind. Including stress management strategies , breathing techniques and sleep as well as the delicious physical release elements.

A huge part of womens’ wellness is stress management, altering the way the body responds to stress allowing it to function optimally.

Committing to 4 x 45 minutes sessions will help you to get into the habit of prioritising self care and wellbeing.

The 8 week programme will consist of 4 pre recorded sessions that will be released fortnightly from when you sign up. You will receive access to a members area where you will be able to access the current session at any point, and as often as you wish during the fortnight before it is replaced with the next session. The ultimate flexibility for you to access as and when you need.

Release Workshop

Join me for an extended Release session, enjoy 60 minutes of ‘downtime’ designed to release those aches, pains and get you moving more freely, ultimate relaxation for body and mind.

During the session you will experience gentle mobilisations, soothing self massage, breathing techniques to release and relax, enjoy a lie down at the end and a blissful guided meditation. All designed to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, move you away from fight, flight and freeze and out your stress response.
