Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Whilst it is undoubtedly an exciting time pregnancy can leave you feeling daunted as your body evolves, you are unsure of what exercise is suitable and how best to prepare for birth. You may be experiencing pregnancy niggles such as ‘back ache, restless legs, constipation, swelling, anxiety’.
Lottie will help you to understand these changes, how they affect the functioning of your core and pelvic floor, including alterations to breathing, posture and movement patterns. She will guide you through a safe and effective pregnancy exercise programme. You will work in partnership with Lottie to minimise the impact of these changes, prepare your body to be ‘fit for birth and beyond’.
Lottie also helps you to prepare for birth by educating you with information regarding birth and postnatal period, exploring the choices, options and rights you have. She will work with you to ensure that you feel empowered in making your own decisions regarding birth and parenting based on the choices you hold.
As a bonus you will also be guided through the early postnatal period, how to promote recovery and factors surrounding how and when to return to exercise safely after birth. Lottie will support you in creating a ‘Strong Mama®’ from the inside out!
